ATLANTA – Sophomore Lizzy Colwell concluded her final event in the U.S. Open on Saturday at the Georgia Tech McAuley Aquatic Center.
After a strong performance in the 100-meter breaststroke Friday, Colwell wrapped up the U.S. Open by racing in the 200-meter breaststroke.
Commanding a strong start, Colwell touched the wall at 2:41.13 to place 82nd in the event.
The Commodores will be back in action Jan. 1 to kick off their 2020 run by taking on Campbell at the Johnson Aquatic Center.
