The 19th-ranked Vanderbilt women’s lacrosse team travels to Chapel Hill, N.C., for its second straight game against an Atlantic Coast Conference foe. The Commodores will face North Carolina on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 12 p.m. CT (1 p.m. local in N.C.).
In its first game of the 2012 season, Vanderbilt (1-0) defeated fifth-ranked Duke, 7-5, nearly two weeks ago. No. 3 North Carolina is already 3-0 on the young season with a fourth game against Albany scheduled this evening. The Tar Heels opened the 2012 season with a victory over an American Lacrosse Conference foe, defeating Florida, 11-9.
