NASHVILLE, Tenn. — This year’s Dore Jam will take place on Aug. 24 at the David Williams II Recreation and Wellness Center it was announced by Vanderbilt Athletics on Wednesday.
An annual celebration of all Commodore sport programs, the free event will take place from 2-4 p.m. that afternoon.
In addition to visiting interactive stations with each Vandy team—including football agility ladders and quarterback net, bowling balls and pins, and track banana hurdles and starting blocks—Dore supporters will have the opportunity to participate in lawn games and face painting activities. A local DJ will provide music throughout the event, and photo stations will be available at a variety of locations within the facility.
Due to ongoing construction on campus, information in regard to parking and entrancing will be announced at a date closer to the event. The university’s clear bag policy will be in effect at this year’s Dore Jam.
