Vandy opens second half of season against Little Rock

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – After a positive first half of the season, the Vanderbilt swim team jumps back into the pool for its second portion, this time Little Rock, Ark. Wednesday morning’s meet against Little Rock begins at 11:00 am CT at the home of the Trojans, the Donaghey Aquatic Center.

Vandy hits the road with momentum as the team comes off impressive performances in the Georgia Tech Invitational as well as a tri-meet sweep in Buies Creek, N.C.

Last season, the ‘Dores hosted Little Rock for the team’s first home meet of the season; defeating the Trojans with a confident score of 198-43. VU earned back-to-back first place finishes against Little Rock with the initial victory coming from then-sophomore Kathryn Coughlin in the 50-yard backstroke, followed by then-freshman, Breanna Sapienza in the 100-yard fly.
