Nashville, Tenn. – Vanderbilt Women’s Soccer Head Coach Ronnie Coveleskie Hill has announced the signing of nine players for the 2004 season, including two players from Georgia and one each from Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina, Delaware, New Jersey and Ohio.

The Commodores graduated nine players from last season’s 8-7-3 team that advanced to the SEC Tournament.

“Replacing last season’s senior class posed an extremely large challenge for us as a staff,” Hill said.  “I am convinced that we have signed the best student athletes who fit the vision of our program. Everyone of them is a bright student, a superior athlete, and an experienced soccer player.”

Voted Ms. Thunder Ridge in 2004? Played club soccer for Real Colorado? RC won the Colorado State Cup in 2001 and 2003? Baumann was named State Cup MVP in 2001? Also lettered in basketball? Thunder Ridge went 23-1 and won the 5A state title in 2002-03.
