Wide receivers coach Josh Gattis and Jordan Matthews started the #FlyBoyz and it blew up. It started last camp; we got shirts and everything.

Coach Gattis is a very active person. He demands a lot from us, and is trying to make us the best athletes we can be.

I had an internship this summer at Redstone Arsenal Army Base in Huntsville, Ala. I worked in the Army Game Studio and helped them with motion capturing and stuff like that.

I honestly didn’t know anything about Vanderbilt when they first started recruiting me. There was something about Vandy that I liked, and my parents liked it. The fact that I could start my freshman year, get a good education, and play in the SEC, you can’t get much better than that.

If I could play with anyone in the NFL right now it would be Aaron Rodgers and DeSean Jackson. Aaron is probably the best QB in the NFL. I model my game after Jackson; he’s my favorite player.

When I played football as kid I thought I was Devin Hester. I was raised in Florida and my friends and I liked the Miami Hurricanes. We liked watching Hester make people look silly on punt returns every Saturday.

Actually Jordan Matthews is a character. I just took a class with him over the summer. Karl Butler has calmed down lately, but he is usually the one getting on everybody.

If I weren’t playing football I would be running track. It was my first love. I would probably watch a track meet before a football game honestly.
