BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Three Commodores received All-SEC recognition on Friday with the announcement of the media’s 2011 Preseason All-SEC Team by the league office.
Senior linebacker Chris Marve garnered second-team honors, while senior tight end Brandon Barden and senior cornerback Casey Hayward were named to the third team. The three also received preseason recognition from the league’s head coaches 12 days earlier.
