NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Head coach Jeremy Organ and assistant coach Angie Nicolletta of the Vanderbilt women’s swim team are proud to announce that Madison Eaker and Johanna Goldblatt have signed their National Letters of Intent to swim for the Commodores.

With Mary Beckwith signing earlier in November, the `Dores are looking to have a strong freshman class with three swimmers ranked in the top-25 of their respected states.

“We’re Really excited to have Madison and Johanna become part of the team here at Vanderbilt,” said head coach Jeremy Organ. “Both young ladies perform well in the class room as well as the pool, fit in very well with our current team and the competitive culture we are building. I am looking forward to the fall and the opportunity to work with them in the pool.”

From Pearland, Texas, Eaker joins the `Dores as the 25th-ranked swimmer in the state of Texas. Primarily a backstroker, Eaker swam to a 30th place finish in the 100 back at the NCSA Junior Nationals back in March. “Madison is from Pearland Texas where she swims for Coach John Burke at Pearland Aquatics, she will bring some much needed depth to our backstroke group and has all the tools to be competitive at the next level of swimming.”
