NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Vanderbilt swim team recently got in the holiday spirit as they stuffed shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child.
“It’s always a good experience anytime you can do something to help children,” Jess Cohen, junior swimmer, said.
Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes. Since 1993, more than 61 million shoe boxes have been packed, shipped and delivered across the globe.
