NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt swimming and diving team will kick-off its season this weekend as it travels to Tuscaloosa, Ala., for a double dual with Centenary and host Alabama. The meet will start at 1 p.m. CT from the Alabama Aquatic Center.
The 2009-10 Commodores look to build off of last season’s record-breaking season as it welcomes back eight returning letterwinners from a last year’s squad. Jess Cohen, Jennifer Molchan and Anna Fargo make up the upperclassman while the 14 other swimmers are either freshman or sophomores.
The ‘Dores welcome eight new swimmers to the freshman class, giving Head Coach Jeremy Organ the deepest team he’s had in his four-year tenure on West End.
