Darrius Sims returned to his alma mater as a scouting assistant in 2022 and became a personnel analyst in 2023. In his role, he helps the scouting and personnel departments in identifying future players, as well as in scouting opponents.
The Memphis, Tennessee, native played in every game during his Vanderbilt career (2013-16) and started in the Independence Bowl as a senior.
