Danielle Manninger

Assistant Athletic Director • Cheerleading, Spirit, Community Outreach

Danielle Manninger is the assistant athletic director for community outreach and spirit squads. Manninger joined Vanderbilt in 2015 and is responsible for managing the cheerleading, dance team, mascot and mic men programs in addition to overseeing community appearances and speaking requests for all Vanderbilt coaches.

Manninger was formally the head cheer coach at Cal and head instructor for Universal Cheerleaders Association. In her spare time, she continues to judge and teach cheerleading at the middle, high school and collegiate level.

Manninger graduated with her master’s degree in higher education leadership at Sacramento State in 2013 and from UC Davis with her bachelor’s degree in communications in 2011.

Though Manninger is a proud native of California, she has wholeheartedly embraced Nashville and the state of Tennessee. Manninger enjoys her family life with her husband Matt and their dog Bandit.
