2015-16 (Junior): Set a personal record in the 100 breaststroke (1:02.30) in the prelims at the SEC Championships gaining a finals swim later that night… Season best times in the 200 breaststroke (2:20.40) and 50 freestyle (23.69) in the prelims at the SEC Championships… Earned a finals swim at the Bulldog Invitational in the 100 freestyle and swam a season best 51.64… Started the season with a 1st place finish in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.64) and a 2nd place finish in the 400 medley relay (3:50.85) versus Florida… Placed 1st in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.69), 100 medley relay (49.21), and 2nd in the 50 breaststroke (31.30) against UALR… Finished 1st in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.92), 200 medley relay (1:46.28), 2nd in the 200 freestyle relay (1:38.79), and 3rd in the 200 breaststroke (2:27.31) versus Marshall and North Florida… 1st place in the 100 breaststroke (1:06.75), 200 medley relay (1:46.99), and 4th in the 100 freestyle (54.48) against Campbell and NC A&T… Placed 2nd in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.47) and 3rd in the 200 medley relay (1:45.91) against Arkansas, Houston and Clemson… Tallied a 2nd place finish in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.76) and 200 medley relay (1:44.71), 3rd in the 200 breaststroke (2:24.28), and 4th in the 400 freestyle relay (3:41.26).
2014-15 (Sophomore): “BK” had a great sophomore year as she PR’d in eight events throughout the 2015 season (five) and summer (three) leading up to her junior year… Generated two of the third fastest times in 2015, first in the 100 breaststroke (1:02.65) and the 200 breaststroke (2:17.85)… Reached the podium on 16 separate occasions for the ‘Dores… Helped VU to first place in the 200 medley relay twice and the 400 once… Recorded Against SEC teams, reached the podium six times… Recorded four individual first place finishes, most notably against South Carolina in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.42) on Jan. 24th… Placed 2nd versus South Carolina/Queens/Wingate in the 200 medley relay (1:46.19)… 1st place in the 50 breast (29.95) and 3rd in the 400 medley relay against SDSU and UALR… 1st place finish in the 200 medley relay against West Florida and North Florida…1st place finish against South Carolina/Queens/Wingate in the 400 medley relay (3:49.68)… Earned 4th against Auburn and Notre Dame in the 100 breast (1:03.95)… Helped VU to a first place finish against Marshall and Xavier in the 200 medley relay (1:46.56)… Runner-up position against the Green Wave and Hilltoppers in the 200 medley relay… Gave the ‘Dores two additional podium finishes versus Tulane and WKU; 3rd in the 200 breast (2:24.25) and 1st in the 1:03.67… 2nd place finish against Kentucky (1:04.55) and Arkansas (1:04.76) in the 100 breast… 3rd place finish against the Razorbacks in 200 medley relay (1:48.04) and 200 breast (2:24.68).
2013-14 (Freshman): Posted a third place finish in the 100-yard breast stroke (1:05.89) versus Texas A&M … Had a runner-up finish in the 100-yard breast stroke (1:07.92) and a third place finish in the 200-yard breast stroke (2:31.69) against Liberty … Posted a personal best time of 1:05.30 with a 15th place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke in the Georgia Tech Invitational … Had a third place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:06.40) versus Liberty/West Florida … Part of a 200-yard Medley Relay team that had a runner up finish (1:48.01) vs. Liberty/West Florida … Tied for third place in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:06.11) vs. WKU/Marshall/Cumberlands … Finished second in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:25.77) vs. UALR.
