Anderton struggled with injuries for much of the season and could not find his way into the Commodores’ playing rotation at tight end in his second year on campus… Participated in special team conversion units early in season against South Carolina and Middle Tennessee.

2015
Anderton played in 11 games as a true freshman, seeing action as a fullback, H-back and tight end… Primarily used for blocker, but posted one reception on the year – a 4-yard touchdown pass from QB Kyle Shurmur in victory over Kentucky.

High School
Three-year team captain, two-time team MVP… Two-way-starter (QB/DE) as senior…Three-year starter at quarterback, helped Bison to 2013 district and region titles and state playoffs…. Produced more than 1,800 yards of total offense and 21 total TDs as senior QB… Earned 2014 Music City Bowl Tradition of Service Award… Invited to play in postseason Tennessee East vs. West Game… Starting center on Station Camp’s basketball team.
