2017
Rivers played every game in the offensive backfield in his final year as a Commodore… Started at fullback against Middle Tennessee and Georgia… Concluded the year with 78 rushing yards on 24 carries and 19 yards on two receptions… Best game came in Vanderbilt’s season-ending victory when he rushed for 29 yards, including a season-long 14 yard carry… Both receptions came out of the backfield against Kentucky… Rivers completed his Commodore career with 49 appearances, accumulating 571 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 165 carries.

2016
Rivers participated in all 13 games, contributing at both tailback and fullback in Commodore backfield… Finished the year with 92 rushing yards on 20 carries… Produced arguably best performance of career in regular season finale win against Tennessee, rushing for season-high 52 yards on six carries… One of Rivers’ rushes against the Vols was a career-long carry of 39 yards that gave the Commodores a critical first down late in the contest… Rivers also contributed on kickoff return units.

2015
Rivers participated in every game as a second-year contributor, serving as a primary option to Ralph Webb in the running game… Concluded the season with 183 rushing yards and a touchdown on 60 carries… Had rush attempts in all 12 games, including 11 rushes for 26 yards in the opener vs. Western Kentucky… Had 137 all-purpose yards — 30 rushing yards and 107 in kick returns — against Texas A&M… Lone TD rush came in victory over Middle Tennessee.

2014
As a true freshman, Rivers played in all 12 games, serving as the Commodores’ No. 2 running back behind Ralph Webb… Finished the season with 218 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 61 carries… Set single-game highs with 73 rushing yards on 17 carries in victory over Old Dominion… Had 47 yards and a score in win over Charleston Southern… First career rushing touchdown came at Georgia.

High School
Three-year starting RB for two Atlanta area schools, Stephenson HS and Tucker HS… As senior RB, rushed for 1,127 yards and 22 TDs for 9-3 Stephenson squad that advanced to second round of Class AAAAA playoffs… Earned first-team All-Area honors as senior… Played in postseason DeKalb County All-Star Game… Transferred to Stephenson prior to senior season… As a junior at nearby Tucker HS, was DeKalb County’s leading rusher with 1,110 yards and 14 TDs, helping Tucker to 10-3 and state quarterfinals… As sophomore, rushed for 882 yards and 18 TDs helping Tucker to 15-0 record and AAAA state title… Honors student, Atlanta Carson Scholar recipient.
