Schultz played in 12 of 13 games as a fourth-year contributor on special teams… The walk-on missed Vanderbilt’s opener against South Carolina, then served as the primary snapper on conversion units for the rest of the season… Helped kicker Tommy Openshaw set a career high with 15 field goals… Also handled the long snapping role on punting situations for much of the year… Among Vanderbilt Athletics’ highest academic achievers, earning team’s Scholar Athlete Award at Camping World Independence Bowl.

2015
As a third-year member of the squad, Schultz enjoyed his first year as a key member of Commodore special teams… Handled the squad’s conversion snaps through the season, and took on long snapping chores after an early-season injury to Wilson Johnson.

2014
Schultz did not see action in his second year with the Commodores… The walk-on participated during fall camp as a reserve snapper on special teams.
