Perry did not play as a true freshman… Worked to improve strength while impressing as a practice squad wide receiver in the fall.

Three-year captain… Three-year starter… As senior, played a huge role in Tigers[apos] 15-0 season capped with a thrilling victory over Maryville that gave the school its first ever 6A state title… Two-time Commercial Appeal ‘Best of the Preps’ recipient… All-State as a senior, posting 38 catches for 708 yards and 10 TDs, along with a pair of punt returns for scores… Also contributed as free safety on defense… Notched two TD catches and more than 100 receiving yards in postseason AutoZone Liberty Bowl All-Star Game.
