Earned team[apos]s postseason Hustle Award… Played in every game, though role was limited primarily to special teams… One of team[apos]s top performers on coverage units… Credited with five solo tackles and eight total tackles… Posted a pair of tackles in narrow loss at Florida.

2004
Played in first five games prior to leg injury that ended season… Saw action at linebacker and as special teams contributor.

2003
Played in every game for Commodores… Used primarily on kickoff and punt coverage units and as reserve outside linebacker… Ended the season with two unassisted tackles and three total tackles.

2002
Redshirted.

High School
Two-year starter in secondary for south Georgia power… Team captain as senior… Known as hard-hitter who combines blazing speed (4.3) with excellent strength (280 bench press). Forced six fumbles while leading Vikings with more than 60 tackles as senior free safety… As junior, Hunter started the season at tailback before moving to safety… Rushed for more than 300 yards and a pair of TDs before the switch… Vikings went 18-6 in Hunter[apos] s last two seasons, earning playoff berths each year… As named All-Region and All-Conference as senior.
