With the Commodores just days away from kicking off preseason camp, individual tickets for Vanderbilt home games against South Carolina, Middle Tennessee and Tennessee State will go on sale to the public Monday, Aug. 1 at 8:30 a.m. CT.
The Commodores host SEC East opponent South Carolina in the season opener on Thursday, Sept. 1, then return to Vanderbilt Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 10 to play the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders. The Tennessee State game, which also serves as homecoming on the Vanderbilt campus, is scheduled Saturday, Oct. 22.
Individual tickets to the South Carolina game are $55. Tickets for the Middle Tennessee and Tennessee State games are $30. Prices do not include processing fees.
Tickets to the Commodores’ three other home games — Florida on Oct. 1, Ole Miss on Nov. 19 and Tennessee on Nov. 26 — will go on sale at a later date.
Starting Monday morning, fans can purchase individual tickets to the South Carolina, MTSU and TSU games on line at vucommodores.com, by phone at 615-322-GOLD (4653) or in person at the Vanderbilt Box Office in McGugin Athletics Center, located at 2601 Jess Neely Drive in Nashville.
In addition to single-game tickets, college football fans may also purchase Vanderbilt season tickets, which remain among the least inexpensive in the SEC. Season ticket packages starts at $135 for reserved south end-zone locations. The average per-game price for those seats, including processing fees, is just $23.50.
The Commodores enter their third year under Head Coach Derek Mason with 15 starters and more than 50 letterwinners back from a 2015 squad that finished fourth in the SEC East.
