Vandy hosts Middle Tennessee at 6 p.m. tomorrow

NASHVILLE, Tenn – Vanderbilt soccer continues its home stretch on Sunday evening, hosting Middle Tennessee at 6 p.m. The match can be seen on SEC Network+.

Prior to kickoff, the Commodores will recognize seven student-athletes: Caroline Betts, Mia Castillo, Rachel Deresky, Jada Konte, Addie Porter, Sara Wojdelko and Francesca Yanchuk for their contributions to the program over their time at Vandy.

Vandy is coming off a scoreless draw against Kansas on Thursday night, where keeper Wojdelko tallied the fourth shutout of the season, the eighth of her career.

Middle Tennessee (3-3) is coming off a 5-0 victory over Alabama A&M where midfielders Manon Lebargy and Yana Yordanova scored two goals each. Keeper Demi Gronauer made three saves in the win.

Sunday’s matchup will be the ninth in a series where the Dores lead 7-1 overall. Last season, the two teams met in the first-ever collegiate match at GEODIS Park where the Commodores shutout the Blue Raiders 6-0 with two goals from Deresky.
