NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Kemper Robinson and Jaime Biskup combined for 12 points as Vanderbilt claimed its first home win of the season in a 20-13 decision over Rider on Tuesday evening. The 20 goals Vandy scored are the most by the team so far this year.
Vanderbilt (4-6) had five score multiple goals, led by Robinson and Biskup who added five each. Robinson tallied a perfect shooting percentage, going 5-of-5, won four draw controls, picked up three ground balls and caused two turnovers. Nancy Halleron posted her second four-goal performance of the season. Molly Krestinski earned a team-high five draw controls while freshman Zawadi Brown added two. Bailey Lower posted three straight goals for her first career hat trick.

Vandy dished a season-high 13 assists on its 20 goals, the most by the team this season. Avery Morton led the way for the Dores by adding a career-high three assists.

Rider (4-4) was led by Toni Gismondi who posted six points off four goals and two assists and Katie Walsh who tallied her fourth consecutive hat trick. Walsh and Marissa Ross picked six draw controls each while Anna Devlin added four.
The Dores return to conference play visiting Charlotte on Saturday afternoon. Opening draw is slated for noon CT and can be seen on ESPN+.
