NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt swimming team will travel to Knoxville on Saturday to face SEC opponent Tennessee at the Jones Aquatic Center at 2 p.m. CT.
Saturday’s match up will mark the Dores second SEC meet of the season, as the team dropped its home opener to Alabama at the Centennial Sportsplex.
In the last battle between the foes, Tennessee outlasted the Dores, 148-113.
The Commodores enter Saturday’s meet after dropping a close battle to Florida Gulf Coast in Fort Meyers, Florida. Despite falling short, the Dores individually picked up six first place finishes with three Dores racing season best times in their respective events.
