2016
Agee appeared in all 13 games during his final season as a Commodore… Utilized in a rotation at defensive end and tackle with starters Adam Butler and Nifae Lealao… Finished the year with nine total tackles, including multiple stops versus South Carolina and Georgia Tech… Also contributed a quarterback hurry.
2015
Agee enjoyed his finest season in his fourth year on campus… Played in 11 of 12 games, missing the opener vs. Western Kentucky… Participation at defensive tackle increased as season endured… Earned first career start in Commodores’ victory over Kentucky… Posted single-season highs with 12 solo tackles, 17 total tackles, three tackles for loss and two quarterback sacks… Registered several single-game highs – five solo stops, six total tackles, one QB sack – at Houston… Also had three tackles in finale at Tennessee.
2014
Participated in five games, playing defensive tackle in team’s 3-4 scheme… Limited action came against Temple, Ole Miss, Georgia, South Carolina and Old Dominion… Struggled with injuries during latter part of season… Credited with four assisted tackles, including career-high three stops in opener vs. Temple.
2013
Saw action in eight games as redshirt freshman DT… Contributed four total tackles… Made his collegiate debut vs. Austin Peay making two assisted tackles… Also added tackles at Texas A&M and UAB.
2012
Agee redshirted during his first year on campus, working hard in the weightroom to add bulk… Showed plenty of promise as scout team defensive lineman.
High School
Two-year starter at DE for Alabama public school… Earned three varsity letters… Named All-Area DE honors as junior and senior… In 2011, produced 40 solo tackles, six tackles for loss and five quarterback sacks for Bulldogs’ squad that advanced to 5A state playoffs… Played in postseason Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game… As junior, had 32 tackles and pair of sacks… Participated in student government.
Personal
Torey LeMarcus Agee… Majoring in Psychology… Son of Tommy and Anchylus Agee… Born March 8, 1994… Dad is assistant director of Opelika Parks & Recreation Dept.; mom is kindergarten teacher… Has an older brother, Tyler, and younger sister, Angelic… Brother runs track at University of South Alabama… Dad was a standout running back at Auburn and six-year NFL veteran, and was lead blocker for two of the top backs in gridiron history, Bo Jackson and Emmitt Smith… As junior and senior, interned during summer months at The Next Door, a Nashville non-profit organization that works with women departing prison and mentors their children.
