Sophomore (205-16): Clinched three doubles points on the year for the Commodores and earned five SEC doubles victories… Took the doubles point over then-No. 7 Texas A&M Aggies in a 7-6 tiebreaker on court two with Baker Newman… With Pen Binet clinched the doubles point on the road against Mississippi State on court two, 7-5… Took the doubles point over Ball State with Newman on court three.
Freshman (2014-15): Went 6-7 in singles action during the fall…. First victory as a Commodore came against Florida State’s Parker Eversten at Southern Intercollegiates, 6-3, 6-4… Defeated SEC foe, Max Lunkin of Texas A&M at the SEC Fall Classic, 6-4, 7-6(8)… Came out victorious twice in consolations of the Ohio Valley Regional…. Defeated Xavier’s Michael Moe (6-1, 6-3) and Ball State’s Jan Jirus (6-1, 7-5)…. Going 6-2, 6-2 the freshman defeated Tennessee Tech’s Othen Lima during the Commodore Scramble… Went 2-2 in doubles action… Both victories coming in dual match play alongside Suresh Eswaran and Ryan Smith… Defeated Lipscomb’s Hernandez/Manzanares 6-3… With Smith, came out victorious over Ball State’s Andersen/Helm…
High School: Graduated from Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, Fla. … Rated as a five-star recruit and the No. 40 player nationally by tennisrecruiting.net … Won the 2014 2A state title at No. 2 singles … Also won the overall doubles title … Played current Commodore Ryan Smith for the 2012 state title in Class 4A No. 1 singles, which was won by Smith … Undeclared on major.
