Vanderbilt (2-3) used a dominant second quarter to take control, outscoring Cincinnati 8-0 in the period to build a 12-2 halftime advantage. The Commodores scored the gameβs first three goals and never trailed.
The Dores were led by Nancy Halleron, who posted a career-best seven goals, tying for the second-most in a single game. Sophomore Bailey Lower also hit the career mark with six goals off nine shots. Shea Panzik scored her second career hat trick while Garrison Morrill and Regan Torrisi scored their first career goals.

Brooke Baker dished out three assists, and Molly Krestinski added a goal and two assists.
Cincinnati (4-3) responded with six third-quarter goals to cut into the deficit, trimming the margin to 14-8 late in the period. Vanderbilt answered with back-to-back goals in the final two minutes of the third and opened the fourth with three straight scores to put the game out of reach.
Vandy continues its homestand on Wednesday, hosting Eastern Michigan. Opening draw is at noon and can be seen on ESPN+.
