NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vanderbilt head coach Shea Ralph joined a panel of women’s basketball head coaches at the third annual Nashville Tip-Off Breakfast hosted by the Nashville Sports Council on Tuesday.
Ralph was joined by Ty Evans of Tennessee State, Rick Insell of Middle Tennessee, Bart Brooks of Belmont, Brittany Young of Austin Peay and Lauren Sumski of Lipscomb.
In conjunction to amplifying the Women In Sports initiative and the 50th anniversary of Title IX, the breakfast is a part of a year-long celebration by the council.
The mission of the Nashville Sports Council’s Women in Sports Initiative is to increase the awareness, engagement and promotion of women in sports through events and community involvement.
