Series History
• Wednesday’s game will be just the second matchup between the two squads
• Vandy visited Xavier last spring, walking away with a decisive 19-6 victory over the Musketeers
• Molly Finlay tallied six points in the win with a career-high tying five goals and one assist while Sammy Nuchow dished a career-high tying five assists

The Opponent
• Xavier, who is in just the second season of its program enters the contest 1-12 on the year, with its lone win coming over Gardener-Webb
• The two programs have both faced Denver, South Florida and Cincinnati so far this season. Xavier is 0-3 in those matchups while Vandy’s lone win came in the season opener against Cincinnati

The Scouting Report
• Lola Mancuso leads the Musketeers with 44 points off 39 goals and five assists. Mancuso leads the BIG EAST averaging 1.38 free positions per game which is also third nationally
• Julie Cassidy has the second-most with 20 goals and one assist for 21 points
• Machaela Henry leads the pack picking up 27 ground balls and causing 15 turnovers
• On the circle, Morgan Handzel has 89 draw controls this year

Last Time Out for the Dores
• Brooke Baker and Jaime Biskup combined for 10 points as Vanderbilt earned a decisive 20-6 victory over Lindenwood last Wednesday. Vandy finished the road portion of the regular season 5-4 overall, marking the most road wins since the 2010 season
• Nancy Halleron registered her second consecutive four-goal game while Biskup posted her seventh hat trick of this year. Cate Bradley finished her fourth multi-goal performance, finding the back of the cage twice
• Sophomore Alex Gladding registered her first career goal while scooping a game-high four ground balls and causing two turnover
• As a team, the Dores tallied 11 assists, the second most in a game this season, led by Anna Taraboletti, Maddie Barkate and Biskup who each dished two
