Dores Hit Road to Massachusetts

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Vanderbilt men’s tennis travels to Cambridge, Massachusetts this weekend to take on Harvard and Penn State.
 
After earning a 3-1 start to the spring season, the Commodores look to continue their prosperous run as they kick off the weekend taking on an 1-2 Harvard team Friday. The Dores are 1-4 all-time against the Crimson heading into the matchup. 
 
The Dores close the weekend Sunday taking on Penn State. The Lions are currently undefeated after defeating Louisiana State University last Sunday, 4-2.
 
Vanderbilt last took on Penn State in 2017, where they defeated the Lions, 4-1.
 
Earning a 1-1 record last weekend during the ITA Kick-off weekend, the Commodores fell to No.18-ranked Notre Dame, 0-4. They rebounded to defeat Drake Sunday, 4-2, with sophomore Max Freeman clinching the match for the Dores in singles.
