The Commodores are 9-6 overall against the Wildcats dating back to 2008. Last year’s contest saw Vanderbilt knock off a No. 19 Northwestern by a score of 6-1.

Coming off a loss to Memphis, the Wildcats sit 7-4 on the season. In this week’s latest rankings, the Northwestern side took the No. 13 spot; the squad includes No. 50 singles player Steven Forman and No. 54 doubles pair Simen Bratholm and Ivan Yatsuk.
Eyes on the Dores
The Commodores travel to Chicago after a strong three-match weekend. In doubles play, Macsen Sisam and Joubert Klopper hold a six-match win streak; in singles play, Nathan Cox is on a three-match victory run.
