Vanderbilt returns home after a two-game road trip to face LSU on Wednesday night at Memorial Gym. The game tips off at 8 p.m., and will be televised on CSS across the Southeast. The game can be heard live on the Vanderbilt IMG College Radio Network in middle Tennessee and online at vucommodores.com.
The Commodores are coming off of a 73-65 loss at the hands of nationally-ranked Florida Saturday afternoon at the O’Connell Center in Gainesville. Jeffery Taylor, now the league’s leading scorer in SEC games only at 18.1 points per game, paced the Vanderbilt effort with 25 points, while John Jenkins tallied 15 points and Festus Ezeli added 11 points.
Vanderbilt will play two games at Memorial Gym this week – Wednesday’s matchup with the Tigers, and then Saturday against Kentucky at 8 p.m.

Vanderbilt’s Jeffery Taylor scored a game-high 25 points against Florida Saturday at the O’Connell Center, but it was not enough as Florida came away with a 73-65 win over the Commodores. John Jenkins scored 15 points, and Festus Ezeli chipped in 11 points for Vanderbilt.
- Despite the loss, Vanderbilt still holds a 63-60 advantage in the career series. Florida leads the series, 41-20, in Gainesville.
- Stallings has a 375-218 record as a head coach, and is 252-155 with the Commodores. He is 7-20 all-time against Florida.
- Florida has won four consecutive games in the series, dating back to the 2010-11 season (3 wins last year in 2010-11, 1 in 2011-12).
