With men’s basketball and football taking place at the same time on Saturday evening, arrangements have been made by IMG College so fans in the Nashville market can listen to both events on the radio.
Details include:
Football game
• The football game at Tennessee (6 p.m. CT) will air across Vanderbilt’s radio network affiliates, including 97.1 FM in Nashville, with the pregame show beginning at 4:30 p.m. CT
• Joe Fisher, the Voice of the Commodores, will return to the booth for Saturday’s Tennessee game after losing his voice before the Kentucky football game.
Men’s Basketball
• Saturday’s men’s basketball game against N.C. State tips off at 5:30 p.m. and will only air locally on WWTN 99.7 FM in Nashville due to a time overlap with the football game.
• Saturday’s basketball broadcast will not include a pre or postgame show, and will only air from first tip to final whistle.
• Filling in for Joe Fisher at the basketball game will be Matt Chazanow, who will call the action with analyst Tim Thompson.
