Luke List Shines Again During 2005 Masters 4/11/2005 As the youngest player in the prestigious Masters Tournament field, Vanderbilt sophomore Luke List not only made the difficult 36-hole cut, but he ended up in a tie for 33rd position — ahead of some of the biggest names in golf. List made ESPN’s Top 10 Plays of the Day last Wednesday when he scored a hole-in-one in the annual Par Three Tournament. After opening with a five-over-par 77, he came back with a 69 and ended with rounds of 78-70 for a six-over par 294 total. The photos in the corresponding gallery were taken during List’s Monday practice round. Careful observers will notice that List was using his Chattanooga Baylor High School bag during this round but employed his Vanderbilt Commodore bag during tournament play. |
