NEWARK, Del. — The Vanderbilt women’s lacrosse team took part in a Fall Ball tournament hosted by the University of Delaware last weekend.
The Commodores made an impressive showing, earning a 4-0 record with wins over host Delaware, La Salle, Ohio State and UMBC.
Head Coach Cathy Swezey’s squad will continue their fall preparations through the end of October, culminating with another exhibition tournament at Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.) on October 28.
The 2007 spring season opens for the Commodores on Monday, Feb. 19, when they play host to Albany at the VU Lacrosse Complex.
