2001-2004

ess Roguski is regarded as one of the finest players in the history of Vanderbilt’s lacrosse program. A two-time team captain in the early 2000s, Roguski led the Commodores to their first two appearances in the NCAA Tournament. She ranks in Vanderbilt’s all-time Top 10 in goals, points, caused turnovers and draw controls, but her greatest asset may have been the tremendous leadership that was an integral part of Vanderbilt’s 2004 run to the NCAA Final Four.

Twice recognized for her commitment to community service on the Southeastern Conference Good Works Team.
Helped Commodores claim two ALC championships and advance to the NCAA Tournament twice–including school’s first-ever appearance in 2002 and an NCAA semifinal berth in 2004.
One of only 10 Commodores with more than 100 career goals.
Ranks third all-time in draw controls at Vanderbilt.
Member of the 2004-05 U.S. development team.
Member of the 2006-07 U.S. elite national team.
Spent time as an assistant lacrosse coach at Loyola University and Ohio University
Graduated from Vanderbilt with a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development and child development.
