Incoming Vanderbilt freshman Adam Hofmann captured the Pennsylvania Golf Association’s Amateur Championship at Pittsburgh’s Longue Vue Club Wednesday.
Hofmann, of Fox Chapel, birdied the 17th hole of his third and final round to win the event by one stroke over Pinecrest’s Ryan Smith.
