Golfers 12th at Jerry Pate Vanderbilt’s men’s golf team finished in 12th place at the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate Tuesday at the Old Overton Golf Club in Birmingham. The Commodores had 862 total strokes, well behind first place Augusta State’s 825 total. Vanderbilt’s Luke List had a four-under par 67 Tuesday to finish in a tie for 34th place. Mark Donnell closed with a strong 68 and Brett Lange was even par. Augusta State’s Kalle Edberg won the individual competition with rounds of 68-69-66–203. Georgia Tech placed second in team standings, four shots off the winning pace. |
