Q: Why did you choose to commit to Vandy?
Krestinski: “Vanderbilt had the complete balance of high academics, great lacrosse culture and great location. When I was able to meet with the coaches and some teammates I knew this would be a great fit for me.”
Q: What are your academic goals while at Vanderbilt and longterm?
Krestinski: “I would like to take advantage of the academic strength and strong alumni network that Vanderbilt has. In doing so I hope to find a meaningful career, both personally and in the service of others.”
Q: What made you decide you wanted to continue lacrosse in college?
Krestinski: “I have always loved being part of a competitive, strong, and supportive environment. Playing lacrosse pushes me to be a better student-athlete, both on and off the field.”
Q: What would you say your biggest strength as a player is?
Krestinski: “One of my biggest strengths as a player is my work ethic and always pushing myself and my teammates to do better.”
Q: What about Nashville are you most excited to explore?
Krestinski: “I am so excited to attend a university close to a city with so much culture, while also having the community of Vanderbilt.”
Q: What are your hobbies outside of lacrosse?
Krestinski: “I love cooking, spending time with my friends and family, going to concerts, running, and hiking.”
Q: What is a random, fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
Krestinski: “I have an identical twin that also plays lacrosse (at Bucknell) and is also the same position.”
