Season tickets are now available to the general public for Vanderbilt’s home schedule, which features seven games on campus in Vanderbilt Stadium.
The Commodores, coming off a 6-6 regular season that included regular season home wins over Georgia, Ole Miss and Tennessee and a berth to the Camping World Independence Bowl, will face a challenging home schedule that includes five teams that played in bowl games a year ago.
“Commodore fans realize our program is on the rise, especially coming off a successful season in 2016. I’m encouraging more local fans to get in the boat and enjoy the ride with Nashville’s SEC team,” Head Coach Derek Mason said.
Vanderbilt opens its home slate with two non-conference opponents – Alabama A&M on Sept. 9 and Kansas State on Sept. 16.
The Commodores host their first SEC game against Alabama on Sept. 23. It marks the first time Vanderbilt and Alabama have played in Nashville since 2007.
On Oct. 7, Vanderbilt hosts its first SEC Eastern Division opponent when Georgia journeys to Nashville. The UGA game also serves as homecoming on campus.
In November, the Commodores host three straight opponents on campus: Western Kentucky on Nov. 4, Kentucky on Nov. 11 and Missouri on Nov. 18.
