Senior Day

Join Vanderbilt Athletics in celebrating all of the graduating student-athletes as they take the field at FirstBank Stadium one final time this season. The senior day celebration includes football student-athletes, cheer and dance student-athletes, as well as Spirit of Gold members marching in their final home game.

Reunion/Homecoming

All alumni are invited back to campus for Homecoming and Reunion Weekend! The 2023 reunion weekend specifically celebrates the classes of 1973, 1978, 1983, 1988, 1339, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013, and 2018! The Vanderbilt Alumni Association will host a pregame tailgate for all alumni and their families. For more information on reunion/homecoming weekend, click here.

New Fan Experiences in 2023

Lights

New LED lights, with special effects, were installed this summer. Look for lighting effects during night games at high impact moments of the game including kickoffs and touchdowns.

Water

For the 2023 season, fans are able to bring in one unopened, clear, plastic water bottle (not to exceed 20 oz) per person. Water fountains are located throughout FirstBank Stadium for refilling.

Pre-Game Information

Tailgating

Lots open at 8 a.m.

Vandyville tailgating begins at  11 a.m. on Saturday; Vandyville activities (live music, Max Nance Kids’ Zone, food, etc) begin at 1 p.m.

To provide a memorable experience for all attending events within the athletic complex, the following policies are applicable:

– Trailers of any kind are prohibited.

– You must have a parking pass for every parking spot you occupy.

– No common containers such as kegs.

– All charcoal from charcoal grills must be disposed of properly.

– Please do not encroach on another’s space.

– All trash must be disposed of properly.

– Be considerate of others around you with loud music.

– Fire pits are strictly prohibited.

Vandyville

Vandyville offers close to 90 tailgating spaces, inflatable games, food truck vendors, live entertainment, and more. It is located on Natchez Trace between Jess Neely Drive and Children’s Way.

Vandyville features the Dudley Court music stage! Located just off Natchez Trace, Vandyville’s main stage will feature live music beginning two hours prior to kick off. Here you’ll also find food trucks, common seating and a video board to catch key college football action.

Fun activities at Vandyville:

  • Live Music – Grace Taylor will be performing on the Dudley Court music stage (at Dudley Court and Natchez Trace intersection) from 1-2 p.m.
  • Max Nance Kids’ Zone Activities run from 1-3 p.m. – located on the inside of the outdoor track.

    • Mr. C’s Kids Club Kickoff Tailgate

  • A Vanderbilt Bookstore location is on Dudley Court and will be open from 1-3 p.m.

Star Walk

Star Walk will take place at 2:10 p.m. Fans have the opportunity to line the practice field to cheer on the team. The gate to the practice field opens at 2 p.m.

Parking Lots

Parking begins at 8 a.m.

– Game day parking is available first come, first served in 25th Avenue Garage and West Garage. These parking garages are located off of 25th Avenue South, however due to construction should be accessed via Highland Avenue or 24th Avenue. Game day parking passes are available for purchase as you enter the garages. Prices will vary per game and are based on the opponent. Tailgating is not permitted in the garages.

*UPDATE for 2023* – The 25th Avenue entrances into 25th Avenue and West Garages are closed due to construction on 25th Avenue South from Jess Neely Drive to Blakemore Avenue. 25th Avenue Garage may be accessed through entrances on either Highland Avenue or 24th Avenue, and West Garage may be accessed through entrances on either 24th Avenue or Children’s Way.

Free parking is available in the Terrace Garage, based on first come, first served basis. Terrace Garage is located on campus at 2010 Terrace Place, Nashville, TN 37203.
