Five Earn All-Conference Honors

Kemper Robinson, Jaime Biskup, Brooke Baker earn first team

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Graduates Brooke Baker and Jaime Biskup along with senior Kemper Robinson were named first-team All-American Athletic Conference, while Alex Gladding and Nancy Halleron were named second-team All-AAC on Wednesday morning.

Baker had the third-most goals on the year with 41 and dished a career-high eight assists for the second-most points on the team at 49. The graduate picked up 29 ground balls, won 25 draws and caused nine turnovers during the regular season. The Raleigh, North Carolina, native was named AAC Midfielder of the Week twice this season and honorable mention once.

Biskup, who was named a team captain, finished the regular season with a team-high 45 goals, scoring multiple times in every conference game this year except for one for a total of 17 AAC goals. The Manorville, New York, resident posted 25 of her 64 points this season against conference opponents.

Robinson, who was named first-team All-AAC last year, totaled 30 points off 24 goals and six assists for the Commodores. A team captain this season, Robinson led the team in ground balls (35) and caused turnovers (32). The Owings Mills, Maryland, native was selected AAC Midfielder of the Week twice this season.

Gladding, who was named AAC Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday, helped anchor a defense that picked up 281 ground balls and caused 135 turnovers. The native of Pompano Beach, Florida, scored her first collegiate goal this season and dished out two assists.

After missing the 2024 season due to injury, Halleron scored a career-best 43 goals off 62 shots on frame and dished four assists to total 47 points, third-most on the team. Halleron received weekly honorable mentions five times after scoring 16 goals during conference play.

The Commodores kick off postseason play on Thursday afternoon in the semifinals of the AAC Tournament. Fourth-seeded Vandy is slated to face top-seeded James Madison at 3:30 p.m. CT at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex in Norfolk, Virginia. The contest will be shown on ESPN+.
