Wednesday concluded the third of Vanderbilt’s four summer soccer camp sessions, with the Elite Residential Camp wrapping up this afternoon. Eight of VU’s nine incoming freshmen were on campus for the four-day session.
The Commodore soccer team will play its only exhibition game of the 2011 preseason on Saturday, August 13, at Louisville. Vanderbilt opens the regular season with three straight home games against Furman (Aug. 21), Western Kentucky (Aug. 26) and Missouri State (Aug. 28).
