NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt swim team will host its final home meet of the season on Saturday taking on Marshall at 11 a.m. at the Centennial Sportsplex.
Prior to Saturday’s matchup, the Commodores will honor their five seniors on senior day — Sophie Halper, Paige Hamilton, Selah Peacock, Namilla Sanchez and Bre Thorne.
Vanderbilt will face a 1-4 Marshall squad that is currently 0-3 on the road. In the last matchup between the Thundering Herd and the Commodores, Vanderbilt defeated Marshall on the road, 148-113.
The Dores return to action after battling in the Florida quad meet where they downed North Florida, 209-53, and fell short to Florida (188-170) and Liberty (158.5-103.5).
The senior ceremony will begin 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet and admission is free.
