NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Reigning SEC Coach of the Year Clark Lea and Vanderbilt will lead off 2025 SEC Media Days on July 14.
The conference announced the daily schedule for this year’s event, which takes place in Atlanta July 14-17. Vandy will be joined on day one by LSU, Ole Miss and South Carolina. Specific timing and broadcast plans will be announced in the coming months.
Lea, the E. Bronson Ingram Chair in Football, enters his fifth season at the helm of his alma mater in 2025. He was voted coach of the year by his peers after leading the Commodores to their first winning season and bowl victory in over a decade.
The team was led by SEC Newcomer of the Year Diego Pavia, All-SEC tight end Eli Stowers and a trio of leading tacklers in Bryan Longwell, Langston Patterson and Randon Fontenette, all of whom return to Nashville for 2025.
Vandy concluded spring practice on Saturday with the Black and Gold Spring Game. The Commodores open the 2025 season on Aug. 30 when Charleston Southern visits FirstBank Stadium.
Season tickets are on sale now and limited premium seating remains available in the Commodore Club, part of the brand-new south end zone facility which opens this fall.
