VUCommodores.com: The Commodore men’s golf team captured the program’s first East Lake Cup title in front of a national television audience at the East Lake Club in Atlanta after defeating two-time East Lake champion Illinois, 4-1, in the final match on Wednesday.
Golf Channel: Ryan Lavner recaps Vanderbilt’s win at the East Lake Cup. “It was the proper formula, and lineup, as Vanderbilt won the stroke-play portion, rolled Oregon in the semifinals and then thumped Illinois, a two-time East Lake Cup champion, in the championship match,” Lavner writes.

VUCommodores.com: Following a win over Tennessee in the quarterfinals, Vanderbilt soccer saw its run at the SEC tournament end Thursday afternoon in the semifinals after Arkansas won the match 4-2 on penalty kicks to advance to the SEC Finals. The Dores now await their NCAA tournament fate.
