- Vanderbilt makes the return trip to Auburn on Wednesday night after the Tigers claimed an 80-65 win in Memorial Coliseum on Jan. 17. Wednesday’s contest will air on ESPN2 with Tom Hart and Jimmy Dykes on the call.
- Tyrin Lawrence scored 21 in Saturday’s loss against Tennessee. It marked the eighth-straight game in double figures for Lawrence who is averaging 15.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game in SEC play.
- Lawrence has also recorded a steal in 12-straight games. The streak is tied for the third-longest by a Commodore since 2005-06.
- Freshman Malik Presley scored a season-high 11 points in the previous meeting with Auburn, going 3-for-3 from the floor.
- Fellow freshman Jason Rivera-Torres scored 14 against the Tigers in Nashville and snagged a season-best four steals on the defensive end.
