The Matchup
• Vanderbilt closes out the regular season Thursday at in-state rival Tennessee.
• The Commodores would claim the SEC East title with a win Thursday or a draw and a South Carolina draw or loss vs. Missouri. Vanderbilt has three SEC East titles (1995, 1997, 2019).
• Vandy is 17-10-4 against the Volunteers all-time and 7-1-1 under head coach Darren Ambrose. Tennessee was ranked in six of Vandy’s last seven wins in the series.

• Vanderbilt won its third straight SEC contest on Sunday, taking down Mississippi State 2-1.
• Senior Alex Kerr scored her sixth goal of the season on Senior Day in the sixth minute. Mississippi State drew even in the 11th minute and the game remained 1-1 until the 75th when freshman Hannah McLaughlin tapped in a bending cross from Alex Wagner for the game-winner.
