ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Brooke Baker and Jaime Biskup combined for 10 points as Vanderbilt earned a decisive 20-6 victory over Lindenwood on Wednesday afternoon at Hunter Stadium. Vandy finished the road portion of the regular season 5-4 overall, marking the most road wins since the 2010 season.
The Dores jumped out to an early 5-0 lead, keeping Lindenwood scoreless through the opening 10 minutes of the contest. The Commodores took an 8-1 lead into the second quarter powered by Brooke Baker’s first-quarter hat trick. Vandy outscored Lindenwood 6-3 in the second, bringing a 14-4 lead at the break. The Commodores went on to score six more goals throughout the second half and limited Lindenwood to just two, including a fourth-quarter-shutout, to complete the win.
Vanderbilt (7-8) had 10 scorers on the day, highlighted by Baker’s second five-goal performance of the season. Nancy Halleron registered her second consecutive four-goal game while Biskup posted her seventh hat trick of this year. Cate Bradley finished her fourth multi-goal performance, finding the back of the cage twice.
As a team, the Dores tallied 11 assists, the second most in a game this season, led by Anna Taraboletti, Maddie Barkate and Biskup who each dished two. Sophomore Alex Gladding registered her first career goal while scooping a game-high tying three ground balls and causing one turnover.

Freshman Bailey Lower commanded the draw circle, leading the Commodores for the second straight game with a game-high seven pickups. Anna Szporn added a goal, three ground balls and two draw controls off the bench for the black and gold. Emme Martin saw action in the fourth quarter making a career-high seven stops.
Lindenwood (9-4) suffered its third straight loss despite Alissa DiGiacinto registering her ninth hat trick of the year. Breylin Bright, Reese Krigher and Tatum Bryant also scored for the Lions while Luci Selander dished a game-high three assists.
The Commodores return to The Plex to close the nonconference portion of its schedule on Wednesday hosting Xavier. Opening draw is slated for noon and can be seen on ESPN+.
