Commodores Pick Up Two Recruits 11/22/2005 Men’s tennis head coach Ian Duvenhage announced his first Commodore recruiting class when he received National Letters of Intent from Scott Lieberman and James Moye, two Top-100 recruits.p> Lieberman, a native of Riverwoods, Ill., took fifth- place in the Illinois High School Association’s Boy’s Tennis State Final in 2004-05. That same tournament saw current Commodore, freshman Nick Cromydas (Glenview, Ill.), take fourth place. Lieberman has amassed a 34-22 record in a multitude of various tournaments and events, including the USTA National Opens. He is listed as a four-star recruit by www.tennisrecruiting.net. He is ranked the No. 4 recruit in Illinois, and the No. 7 in his region Moye of Winter Park, Fla., also competed in the 2004 USTA National Opens, and won the event. Moye has a record of 57-36 and also preps at Trinity Preparatory School. According to www.tennisrecruiting.net, he is a five-star recruit. Moye is ranked No. 19 in Florida and No. 27 in the Southeast. |
