Commodore Hour Launches at Dore Jam

Weekly show returns to 102.5 The Game Mondays at 6 p.m.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Commodore Hour, the weekly radio program providing insight to Vanderbilt athletics, returns to 102.5 The Game on Aug. 24 with a debut episode live from Dore Jam.

Dore Jam takes place Aug. 24 from 2-4 p.m. at the David Williams II Wellness and Recreation Center. Commodore Hour will run from 2-3 p.m. and air live on 102.5 The Game. Football head coach Clark Lea is slated to appear, along with other guests.

The show will re-air on Monday, Aug. 26, in its regular weekly time slot at 6 p.m. CT on 102.5 The Game. The show then airs each Monday at 6 p.m. throughout the 2024-25 year.

Lea joins hosts Andrew Allegretta and Kevin Ingram weekly through the football season, with rotating guests from across Commodore athletics. In the winter, the show will transition to feature women’s basketball coach Shea Ralph and men’s basketball coach Mark Byington, before baseball head coach Tim Corbin takes the reins in the spring.

After Commodore Hour’s Dore Jam debut, the show will no longer feature an in-person component as it has in past years. The show will now be recorded in a podcast-style format, enabling improved distribution of the show for those unable to listen on 102.5 The Game. This will also allow fans to catch the highlights throughout Commodore athletics social channels during the week.
