Commodore Football Returns to Practice Tuesday 3/22/2005 Black & Gold Scrimmage is Scheduled Saturday The Vanderbilt football program gets the second week of Spring Practice underway Tuesday afternoon as the squad begins preparations for its featured Black & Gold Scrimmage this Saturday. Bobby Johnson’s Commodores are expected to practice Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday gearing up for the Black & Gold Scrimmage, which is scheduled Saturday at 10 a.m., in Vanderbilt Stadium. The offense vs. defense scrimmage is free of charge to Commodore followers and is scheduled to conclude before the Vanderbilt baseball team faces the Alabama Crimson Tide in the second of a three-game set at Hawkins Field. |
